Resize Map Section for Better View
I recommend implementing a feature that allows users to maximize the size of the map view section. This enhancement will be highly beneficial for accurately drawing and defining specific areas on the map.

Filter Imported Records by “Updated Only”
When filtering records students would like to be able to filter by the ones who were updated in an import, instead having to undo import or having all the import results.
Add “Sold” to the custom columns options on the marketing tab.
Have the option “Sold” on the marketing tab, for the custom columns options, That way it can be easy to contact people, the next time a new property is available nearby them.
Add “Assigned to” on the custom columns (My land deals tab).
Include the “Assigned to” column on the customize option for land records.
Add the option “email address” on the custom columns (My land deals)
It helps to find records on the My Land Deals tab if the user has the option to View the email addresses.
Separate a field for latitude/longitude from the property address (Maping process).
In the editing process for a property, when you are mapping, it would be easier to have one field for latitude/longitude and one field for the property address.
Add an extra column on my land deal tab.
It would be helpful to add an extra column on my land deal tab, to be able to export records with extra information: Owner 1 Full Name Owner 1 Middle Name Owner Name(s) Formatted
Add multiple tasks to a team member.
On the option to create a task and Assign it to a user, it will be helpful if an option to assign multiple tasks to the same team member, to avoid creating and assigning one by one.
Import/Export records with different formats.
Create an option to export/import records in a format that may include HTML in a long description (such as XML or similar).

Add a Field for Personal Representative Information
For Houses (mostly) add a field for PR (Personal Representative) for Probates to be imported. The PR address and phone numbers will also need to be uploaded/imported/
