Please add “Maximum Offer Amount” as an optional field when importing land leads via .csv

Allow deletion of failed .csv imports for buyer and seller lists.

Add a place for the land owner to put their phone number and email address, such as near the signature line.

Adding the owner’s name of a property will make it easier to locate a property if someone who is interested is calling.

Add Flood zone to the optional fields to make it easier to locate a record imported.

Please add a link at the bottom of the lead records page that says “TOP” to quickly move the screen back to the top of the lead list as opposed to scrolling.

Would love to see a column in the Comparables section that automatically figures Price/acre or price/sq. ft. Also, a sold date column would be useful if you need more room, the column that lists “Public or Private” to me is not necessary.

Make it so clicking on a Tag will actually send you to all records under this Tag, so you don’t have to go and Search for it, just click.

This feature would allow you to add forward and backward buttons within the Edit record so you can quickly move between records without having to go back into the entire list and pick each record.

Allow listings/photos to be changed faster than “one up” or “one down”.  Click and drag to reposition the selling site listings.

The Investment Dominator is great. However, there is one feature that would make it even better. When I am pricing my offers, each time I finish pricing a property and go back to the list, the cursor pops back to the beginning of the list. It would save so much time if it popped to

Create a date range in tasks (calendar) for the dashboard.

Create a tick box next to user names in the “Team” section so that one can delete/edit them at once.

This will help to get a better view and visualize how many duplicate records a student has on their system, so they can edit or change information on the records.
