   update to my suggestion for voicemail, I put a voicemail that has this
   1. greeting with my name and company name
   2. thanked them for responding to letter
   3. said unable to take call at this time
   4. asked for the normal info, name ,best number to call back, best time with timezone ,and ref# from letter
   5. thanked again and said will be talking soon to discuss sale of property
   that was the guild I came up with to leave on a voicemail if you can only start out with a single phone to get started to get that first closing to reinvest into a call center and more phone lines
