By default, when you use our Data Service to import land records into your system, we pre-select a few filters for you based on our standard Land Profit Generator recommendations. These pre-selected filters are:

    • Lot Acreage: Between 0.1 and 160 Acres
    • Land Use Codes:
      • 7023 – Rural Improved / Non-Residential
      • 8000 – Vacant Land
      • 8001 – Residential-Vacant Land
      • 8002 – Commercial-Vacant Land
      • 8003 – Industrial-Vacant Land
      • 8005 – Institutional-Vacant Land
      • 8006 – Government-Vacant Land
      • 8007 – Multi-Family-Vacant Land
      • 8010 – Recreational-Vacant Land
  • Owner of Record:
    • Include owners with multiple properties?: Yes
    • Import only one property per owner?: Yes
