September Update: New KPI metrics on your Main Dashboard

We have just released a system update that adds new reports for you to view. These are available to you on the Main Dashboard just below the Wizards and the Records in Process screens.

In this report you will recieve the following information:

• Call Back Rate: This percentage is the Offer Requests you have recieved in regards to total Leads in your system.
• Offer Acceptance Rate: This percentage is the Offers Accepted in regards to Offers Sent
• Profit: This is the total Sold Amount minus Purchased Amount. It is also discounting Total Closing Costs in both values.
