New Field History Options
We have just added a new feature that will now be able to capture data history from your land records and save this information in a log. You will notice this update for specific fields found within the “Edit Property” screen.
The following fields which now capture data history are:
- Last Updated
- Assigned To
- Offer Amount
- Property Record Status
- County Assessed Value
- Market Value (Comps)
- Option Amount
- Offer Accept By
- Option Accept By
- Offer Expires On (Close of Escrow):
- Option Expires On
- Sale Price
