I'm Having Problems Uploading My List...What's Wrong with Me?

Hey there friend, take a deep breath. Everything is going to be okay.

Believe it or not, you are not the first person to ask us for help when uploading their mailing list. But what we have seen is that, like 99.99999% of the time, the list is not accepted by the system due to a formatting issue (the user adding an extra column, leaving spaces at the end of column names, etc).

So let’s try this and see if it helps: please download this sample list from Duval County, Florida.

First off, make sure that your list has the same columns AND column headers.

Second, instead of creating a mailing list from scratch, can we recommend using ours? Simply delete the information from Duval County and insert the information of your contact records. Then try uploading the file and see if that makes a difference.
